First Gaming PC Build. Budget is $1100, would love advice and recommendations.

Goal is to play most games on their highest or at least a high settings with 60FPS. Games to include Fallout 4, Dota 2, Killing Floor 2, and such. My budget was up to $1000, I didn't want to go cheap on some things and end up with a sub-par performance.

So I changed a few things on this build compared to my prior one.

Changed out the Gigabyte GA-H81M-S1 for a ASRock H97M PRO4 Micro ATX LGA1150 due to the Gigabyte having compatibility issues with most cases. The motherboard didn't have a front panel USB 3.0 port and an issue stating some Intel H81 chipset motherboards may need a BIOS update prior to using Haswell Refresh CPUs. Changed out my Acer H236HLbid 60Hz 23" Monitor for the BenQ GL2460HM 60Hz 24.0" Monitor. It's only an extra 10 bucks, buck I think it'd be odd to have 23" when a 24" is such a nicer number. I also changed out the Corsair 200R case for the Thermaltake Core V21. A little bit more expensive, but it got rid of the compatibility issue where the video cards may block drive bays.

Here's my build so far PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

Also, do you think I should wait a little bit until Black Friday to see if some of these parts get any cheaper?
