I have no need to blow a ton on a power supply and would like to save money where I can...

Would it be possible to get by with the bstock 750w B2?

the EVGA B2 is a great PSU, but take this into consideration, its 45 bucks with only 1 year warranty and you can get it for 59 with mail in rebate (yes i know they are a Pain in the XXX) and you will have a 5 year warranty. That is 4 more years of warranty for 15 bucks... Think about it.. :)

it looks like you can get 10 year warranty upon registration of the product also, and i've never really run into too many issues with the company. (Knock on wood)

But, I totally understand what you're saying. I just really cant stand MIR's man... they cause me physical pain. lol

the 10 year warranty is for the G2... The B2 only has a 5 year warranty.

they cause that to everybody.. lol , but believe me its better to have some pain now and get a better warranty. With electronics anything can happen and honestly i find a 1 year warranty not enough.
