Hey guys, I am new to the PC community. I was looking in to building my own PC for $700 or under for the holidays. Going to be playing CS:GO and streaming eventually, as well as playing a few other games. Going to be using skype/spotify alot as well. I am looking for the biggest bang for my buck. Thanks!

If the other games don't have a lot of requirement, this will be fabulous.

either build will destroy csgo and easily stream. however, this first one requires rebates to hit the initial budget. it has a bit better motherboard, higher wattage power supply, and bigger capacity SSD + HDD.

this one requires no rebates and is within budget.

Xeon E3-1220 isn't hyperthreaded, making it no better than an equally priced i5.

Much more reliable, and has a 380 which is plenty for gaming. It will max anything except the most demanding games

Will these two builds last for a few years? Don't really want to upgrade too much.

Also, which build will I get the best picture out of?

The Xeon 1231 and 380 combo is the most powerful. It should last you the longest and get you the best settings on a variety of games.
