can't decide on a case

I think I picked out my components for my budget build, but have spent hours researching cases and just can't pick the one I want. I thought I wanted a budget mid tower, but I think a mini would work since I don't really plan on doing more than a decent AMD CPU right now, no water cooling and maybe a video card sometime down the road. I think I narrowed it down to these in the $50-80 range: Antec Gaming Series One (needs front fan), Silverstone SST-RO1B (needs rear fan), Super Talent HEC (no front fan), Cooler Master Elite 431 (no rear fan), Rosewell R5 (plenty of fans, but no led's), Thermaltake V3 black (no front fan or 3.0 usb, but $30 right now), Thermaltake Versa II (no front fan), Thermaltake Urban Series (no front fan), Cougar Archon (no front fan), Cougar Solution (no front fan), Cougar Pioneer (kind of plain, but 3 fans!), Cougar Evolution (nice, but a little pricey at $90), Corsair 200 (plain, but good reviews), Corsair 400 (a little big but 3 fans and on sale right now for $60), Fractal Design 3000 (plain, but 3 fans), NZXT 210 (kind of plain), NZXT 410, IN WIN G7 (my favorite looking case, but not the best reviews), IN WIN BR665 (micro case, but should be big enough and good reviews), Zalman Z12 Plus (not sure if I like the power buttons and usb's on the side, but 3 fans and a controller). So there you have it, I know a lot of options and I may have left a couple out but I just can't decide which I like the best.

What about something like this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811553004 I'd be saving a little money since it includes a power supply. I'm not sure how good it is though? I was going to get at least 430W or maybe 500W, but I'm thinking this might be good enough since I'm not planning on going all out with a advanced gaming rig at this time and its 80+ certified. All I would need is one fan for the front, although it says you should use a 140mm or 2 120's. or this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811133185 This one has a 430W, but it doesn't mention being 80+. I could just add a blue LED fan for the front to this.

update: I found the Cougar Solution (without PS) for $20 on sale with coupon and MIR! I was all set to order this but after more research found that some people were having issues with the 3.0 not working with their MOBO and some the HD audio cable was too short. I would think you could get an extension for that if needed, correct? I guess all the cases have something that's not perfect in this price range. I just need to stop searching and pick one and this is probably the best deal I'm gonna find for a decent case.
