Hi. The total price needs to be around $500.00 USD. I am helping a friend build this and the end goal is to play games. I know it won't be "HIGH" end but, in the summer when he has some more money he would like to do some upgrades (GPU/ETC)

He has mouse/monitor/keyboard etc. I would like some help building a pc and that can be upgraded when he gets more money.
