So do I miss a cooler? And i would play a lot of RTS so is it nesasary to update i5 to i7?

And without the driver and disk, can i use usb to install the window os?

You would not need a cooler for this. For playing RTS games, you would be totally fine with an i5. And yes, you can get windows off of a USB.

The i5-4440 retail package comes with a basic copper and aluminum heatsink with a small fan attached. The unit it comes with works just fine for this class of CPU. (dissipation at peak load is only ~65W on these). It's the same heatsink that Intel packages with i7's on this platform, so there is some headroom there.

My advise is to consider a more powerful cooler for anything i5-45XX and above.

The GTX980Ti is probably way overkill if you're building for RTS games primarily.

I'd advise a G2 or GS series PSU from EVGA over the G1.

"green" drives have really slow access performance and make very bad system/software drives.
