PC for a Friend (Gaming)

Looking for a PC for my friend (gaming). I have already gotten a opinion on one of my builds and they put together a little build for me, and I would like to know some more people's opinions, as my friend would like this PC to last a while. He needs integrated graphics as he is getting a GTX 750 TI when he gets more money, so for the time being he will need integrated graphics. He wants to play rust, fallout 4 (after graphics card) these games are the most intensive ones he wants and he would be fine with medium settings. Location: USA | Peripherals are required. | No operating system. Here is the build that the person who was helping me made (didn't know if they wanted me to say their name) http://pcpartpicker.com/p/QxzL3C Just for some guidelines. Edit: Budget is $350 didn't put in title for some reason.

I recommend dropping the optical drive to get to $350, you can install windows via USB. Also tell him to get the 950 instead of the 750ti :)

This card will smash the 750ti and goes a little above the budget. Lend your friend $25 so he can get a GPU ;)
