I want to build a pc. A gaming pc my buddget is 600$ (up to700$ considering small details) I have 2 things to tell before you start building it. 1 I live in Ukraine so please take in concidering that some parts might cost a lot for shipping(not that important ignore it) 2 I have an old hard drive that I might use instead buying a new one I dont understand in all of it so here is the information about it: Hitachi HHD: 5k750-750 HTS547575A9E384 Type: TS5SAD750 Sata III (3.0 Gb/s) 5V 700mA DC If this isnt good enought then You can chooso a hard drive.

Thank you ahead

Is this the best I can get with a 600$+ buddget? Thank you!

It seems good to me for the budget.

You could save money by reducing the CPU to a 6500 or 6400.

what is better: G.Skill DDR3-1600 8192MB PC3-12800 (Kit of 2x4096) Ripjaws (F3-12800CL9D-8GBRL) or G.Skill DDR3-1866 8192MB PC3-14900 (Kit of 2x4096) RipjawsX (F3-14900CL9D-8GBXL)

The second set beacause they are faster, but with the same latency of CAS 9.

However, neither are suitable for your build. You want DDR4 . 2666-3000MHz gives the best price of $/MHz.

and will Thermaltake Commander Black (VN400A1W2N-A) tower case be good/compatble for the build?

Case is fine with that build, looks OK to me. I like many Thermaltake Cases.
