Office PC (no gaming content)

I am looking to build a new PC for our home office. It will be mostly used by my wife for her work, which is primarily lesson preparation involving Word and Excel as well as some basic photo and video editing. It will be used for absolutely no gaming whatsoever. I am wanting to build something that will perform better than the current 2.6ghz Mac Mini - http://www.apple.com/uk/mac-mini/specs/ - for less money. We are based in Germany but can also easily buy from the UK if that helps. I want something relatively small, stylish looking (simple and clean) and also with an optical drive as my wife likes to watch box sets whilst working sometimes. I would like to go SSD for the faster speeds but she will need at least 750gb of storage, possibly more, as she has that much already on her current system.

I have come up with this so far but suspect that the CPU is total overkill.

No great issues with the build, but I would recommend Generation 6 Skylake on the 1151 socket.
