HELP: 1440p, Streaming, Max Game Settings

PCPARTPICKERs,

Would y'all be able assist me in the right direction towards building my first PC? I plan to use it for moderate streaming, heavy gaming at max settings (WoW, Destiny, CoD, Hearthstone, etc.) on a 1440p monitor and two 1080p monitors (mainly for twitch/fb/skype chat, youtubing, etc. while gaming), and light Photoshop/video editing.

I would like to not go above $2,500, but for the sake of quality items I am willing to go over. I plan on building the PC this coming February.

Things I Like: ASUS (especially their motherboards), "Future-proofing", Intel CPUs.

Things I Dislike: Water Cooling, micro ATX .

Thanks, George Romfh

No color scheme, as I will probably have a case w/out a window.
