I need a powerful PC to run primarlily audio production software (Ableton, FL Studio, ProTools), but I also will be using it a bit for gaming. My price range can vary a bit by $100+ dollars. I'm pretty new to this, any suggestions? All help is appreciated.

this is plenty for this i use Reason 8 live for my music making and i have a machine thats worse then this and it does way better then my mac.

gaming ability i have no reason to believe this can't handle any main title right now my pc does most games with ease above 60fps no problem

No I'm not mad its a good choice but how you stated the fully modular is that it was the only way to make a case have clean cables so i was reasoning with you sorry if it came off wrong.
