So currently, I have a AMD CPU, but I wanted to switch over to an Intel CPU. And I know to do this, I would have to change my motherboard, and probably power-supply as well. Here is the current spec list:

|||MB: F2A88XM-D3H ||| CPU: AMD Athlon x4 860K Quad Core Processor ||| Power Supply: XFX TS 550w Full Wired 80+ Bronze Power Supply ||| Case: MicroATX |||

I wanted to use this core: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819117372&cm_re=Intel_core-_-19-117-372-_-Product Would it be any better then my current one? Also, what parts would you recommend to replace the current ones that would get this working?

The 469oK Offers Better Performance per Core, The H7 is a Great Cooler, The PC Mate is one of the cheapest Z97 Mobo's and the G2 is a Tier 1 PSU.
