This is about on par with a PS4.

You won't be able to render with 400$ unfortunately, also, NEVER have a AMD build.

Good thing I won't be rendering then.

Meh, the 860k is pretty good. AMD also generally has better integrated graphics for the money. Amd is also great for those with really tight budgets. Intel wins performance-wise, so we will always recommend that when we can, but AMD CPUs can be optimal for certain situations.

A duel core gaming pc?

Not even an i3 with hyper-threading that can fake it?

Seriously?

Yeah, you can upgrade to a processor that you can actually game on.

A growing number of games these days literally lock out people on duel cores due to the fact they're programmed to need more than two threads to function.

These days suggesting a duel core for a gaming PC is just bad practice and it doesn't matter how fancy and new the socket is or how great the upgrade path might be if you can't actually play games on it.

Thanks much for the build. Will you be able to upgrade this? If not it's fine because I don't see anything too demanding coming out anytime soon. But again thanks for taking the time.

Was also going to ask if you think this would be able to run ARMA 3 on med or low settings?

Switch that CPU out with a Intel i3.
