Am I fretting too much

I got the Corsair CX 430 for this build and I am concerned about damaged parts and something bad happening (spontaneous combustion or something) because of it not being that great of a PSU

Am I too worried and should just build it? Or is my concern justified?

No, it's fine.

I mean it isn't the greatest power supply in the world, but it won't explode.

It (probably) wont blow up or randomly combust.

It will power your PC, and thats it.

It is fine, people just like to make it sound worst than it is. Although if you want to upgrade the gpu to something better like a GTX 970 or a R9 390 or do some serious overclocking on the cpu I would suggest getting a new psu. $17 for that psu is a steal, you couldn't have got anything better than it.

Okay thanks

I will be getting the EVGA G2 650 for whatever $300 GPU there is
