Hey! I need a £600 to £650 GAMING PC with Monitor. Christmas!

Hey guys! I really want a Gaming PC for christmas, and my dad said I can have one if it is the price limit of £600 - £650. It must be able to run GOOD MODERN GAMES like Fallout 4, Just Cause 3 and Starwars Battlefront with no lag or more than 59 fps if possible. I would like a good operating system of windows, because I can upgrade it to windows 10. I live in England, Bournemouth. I appreciate any help on this topic. Thanks guys, u all rule!! Worse for gaming at this level but the 950 is an awesome overclocker. Don't bother with the monitor on this one

Worse for gaming at this level... How much more would it be to turn the other one up a notch and make it an i5 instead of an i3? I can move up money wise a bit maybe... Would that improve my gaming experience compared to this pc? Thanks for all the help.
