Looking to Build $500-$550 Gaming PC

Hey guys I'm extraordinarily new to this stuff so some help would be greatly appreciated.

*Budget: Around $500-$550

*Location: United States

*Use (Gaming, Rendering, etc): Gaming

*Peripherals required (monitor, leopard/mouse, etc): None

*Operating System required: None

I'm currently using a laptop with a GT 650m and have been generally complacent with the performance but I would like for this PC to be an upgrade from my laptop if possible (I can post more specs if necessary.) More specifically, I play a lot of Arma 3/2 and Fallout 4 so specs that could handle those relatively well on medium/high would be pretty neat. However, I don't need crazy high FPS (I'm generally cool with 40-50 in most games.) I already have a monitor, leopard, mouse, and OS. I'd also like to keep this build open to upgrading in the future. I'm totally open to all suggestions and please let me know if I'm out of reach with my requirements. Thanks a lot.

An i3 will be plenty capable for what you've mentioned. You should be able to get ultra settings on fallout 4 with this. My roommate runs the same setup.

Lol, sorry about the "leopard" thing, forgot I was using this plugin. Thanks for the list!
