Ok round 2 gaming build 2500-3000

Ok so I been doing some researching reading forums watching videos. At 1st I wanted something good at decent price that I would upgrade down the line to 4k and made my 1st new topic about it my 1st post of help I pulled the trigger too fast and asked for help before doing the research I should have. I now know more or less what I want.

Looking to spend between 2000-3000. The monitor I want is the Asus ROG swift PG279Q which I last checked was about $800.00 US Its WQHD 2560 x 1440 resolution monitor with G-SYNC so having that in mind im going to need a NVIDIA GPC the GPU will need to run the 2560 x 1440 resoultion. As I want to upgrade to 4k down the line the GPU will be able to do that or if not be capable for SLI down the road so when I do add a 2nd GPU it'll allow me to run 4k.

Budget: 2500-3000

Peripherals required: Asus ROG swift PG279Q Monitor, Windows 8.1,

Case: Anything with excellent airflow.

Location: USA-Southern California

Use: Mainly gaming MMO's, RTS, some shooters. Also would like some wiggle room to be able to install microsoft office on it as i sometimes use word, excel etc etc. I may want to install photoshop some video editing software. So it'll mainly be gaming but with wiggle room to be able to do other things with ease.

Operating System required: Windows 8.1

And thats what I have so far. Thanks in advance for your own comments or links to maybe another build which is similar to what I want but we can substitue few of my peripherals.

Will the EVGA GPUs be ok with the monitor i'll be using since it has G-SYNC? From the little I have read so far G-SYNC only works with NVIDIA GPU. (Keep in mind im new to the PC tech world)(and has a ways to go/learn)(lol).

Ah ok coo, now I know something new :) so with both GPU and this set up is this something that can run 4k or will be ok for my 2k 1440p monitor?

SHould run 4K as nicely as it can be run. 1440p will rock though.
