I don't understand this install

I am stuck on a page that shows 2 different partition drives, one says system reserved, and there are different sections on the bottom admin to format and stuff can any one explain...?

I mean there are two seperate virtual drives on one disk (i think) that explains partitions.

On the bottom, it has an option to format the drives. You must be the system admin to format the drives. Formatting can meaN anything from deleting, making bigger, shrinking, or creating another partition.

If it is a fresh install of windows and you dont have anything to save on that drive already, then what it has selected already is good... system reserved is NOT where it installs. it will install to the primary partition...
