Dragon Age: Inquisition Gaming PC + Upgradable?

Hi, I want to build my first PC with a friend. intel i5 Skylake seems very interesting but other than that I'm not really sure where to start from (and maybe AMD could work better within my budget I don't really know). I would like to have an SSD (maybe like a 120GB and a 500GB HDD). Upgradability would be a plus, but budget is priority. For the case design, I just don't want a boring black box. I like blue and white, or metallic.

Here are the Dragon Age requirements :

CPU: Info

CPU Speed: AMD six core CPU @ 3.2 GHz, Intel quad core CPU @ 3.0 GHz

RAM: 8 GB

OS: Windows 7 or 8.1 64-bit

Video Card: 2 GB, AMD Radeon HD 7870 or R9 270, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660

Free Disk Space: 26 GB

Budget: 1000$

Location: Quebec, Canada

Use (Gaming, Rendering, etc): Gaming

Peripherals required (monitor, keyboard/mouse, etc): Not required

Operating System required: Windows 10 Home

Please help me build my first PC :) !

Really wanted to fit an i5, couldn't do it though. Maybe someone else can?

Wow that was fast ! Only thing missing would be an optical drive (unless it's included with the case ? ) And you think I'll be fine with 1x8GB of RAM instead of 2x4GB ?

Added in an optical drive. You won't see too much of a difference if you went with 2x4 instead of 1x8. 2x4 is a bit better because you can utilize dual channel. I added the cheapest DDR4 2x4 ram, it was only a couple of CND more.
