This is based off my states sales tax (7%) so please adjust as needed. The FuryX will play anything at max at 1080p. The Xeon is an excellent non-overclocking CPU it can rival a 4790 and some of the new skylake chips. I use this CPU personally. The Motherboard will support crossfire and the power supply will also support it should you wish to make that move. If not feel free to lower the power supply.

You can go even cheaper with the keyboard and mouse. The case is preference. You can upgrade to a GTX 980 if desired and still be within budget. A 500GB Samsung EVO SSD is $147 if desired. And the Seagate 2-3TB HDD's cost a minimal amount more than the 1TB version.
