Ive had my PC for a couple of years now and i need to upgrade most of the components. Need to upgrade the motherboard, cpu, ram and power supply. The only things i would be keeping are the case, hard drives, graphics card and keyboard, mouse etc. My maximum amount is probably around £400 although a few pounds over is fine. An example performance would be skyrim on ultra settings or football manager with all leagues selected. Thanks.

By looking at the parts. and to see if you could save something like ram or cpu or even mb. and you say you are going to keep the graphics card what kind is it so we dont bottle neck a CPU by pairing it with a slow GPU

My graphics card is ' Gigabyte hd7770 1 gb gddr5'. I want to replace my motherboard as it only supports ddr1 ram. Ram, mobo and cpu will have to be replaced. Sorry if im not explaining everything thoroughly, ive never built a PC before.

I'm not sure what your wanting to do with your PC but this is leaning more to a gaming PC.

Yes I am looking for a gaming PC. You don't need to add storage, case or power supply and my budget of £400 is flexible. I don't mind going over a bit. Also I would need a minimum of 16gb RAM. Thanks for your help.
