I'm looking for a PC primarly for editing and rendering for youtube. I would also like to game occasionally but it's not that big a deal. The budget is $800. This is the best all arounder I can make with the money.

Opinions on my build? And what changes would you make on mine. NOTE: I NEED to have an I7, and I would prefer the GPU be the 750ti or something around that price range. I would also like DDR4 memory, is there a big difference in editing between DDR3 and DDR4? Also, what's better, 16gb of DDR3 or 8gb of DDR4? Also is my motherboard good enough if I wanted to add my storage/ram in the future? And would it be able to overclock?

P.S. I want a cool case, please no ugly cases. lol

Quite a bit better off than a 750 ti. A step below a GTX 950.
