How To Remove a Company Logo from a case

I bought a Raidmax Horus case from IBUYPOWER and it has a thick plastic logo on the front that I dislike very much...is there any easy way to remove it without destroying the case?

I assume it is attached with adhesive. Use a heat gun and get it hot, then use fishing line to act like a hacksaw blade and saw through the adhesive.

What if I have none of the listed items? Would a knife suffice?

You might beat up the case. What about a razor blade? Do you have a hairdryer to heat it up? It's NOT coming off cleaning without alot of heat.

Would a box cutter work? And my mother may have a hairdryer laying around.

You need some kind of heat for sure. A box cutter will make a mess of it and scratch the case, but you could try.

I don't mind some scratches, I just want the annoying corporate branding gone. It's on the front cd drive cover and disrupts the smoothness of the case.

This sounds like it should work.

And for cleanup, methanol or ethanol (or rubbing alcohol) on a rag or cloth should remove any residue without hurting the metal or plastic of the case.
