This PC is intended for gaming, and I live in the USA. I'm asking for two builds, one with an OS and one without! I want to be able to play games like GTA V and Witcher at Good High/Ultra settings. I also heard that there is a new line of Skylake CPUs that came out and it's optional but preferred if you can fit one in(Really wanting i5 6500 please!)because it will make the PC Upgradable in the future! Build me the best PC with my cheap budget and thanks for helping!

Basically the only difference is a smaller motherboard with only 2 slots for ram, which should be okay if you're just gaming.
