250gb SSD for 2 OS

I was wondering if I should upgrade to 250 or 500gb SSD, although I am trying to avoid it due to budget constraints.

My current plan is to have two 120gb SSDs in a RAID0 array for my two OS, which will be Ubuntu as my main & Windows 10 which I will use mostly for gaming. Does this seem like a pretty acceptable set up or should I bite the bullet & spend more for greater storage capacity? The SSDs are going to be exclusively for my OS & everything else is going to be backed up separately. I also plan to set up dual booting, if that has any bearing on the matter.

EDIT: I meant to say that I was currently planning to use 120gb - not 250 - & was wondering if I should upgrade from there.

Yeah, that's my plan. But the 120GB should be fine for those two OSs right? Or should I pick up 250GB instead?
