I would like to be able to play games like fallout 4 on ultra settings ideally, and I would be willing to spend a little more if it meant a significant performance improvement.

Do you think this will be a build that can handle higher end games for a couple years? I'm fine with making those upgrades eventually, but maybe not for a year or so. As for storage I have an external 1tb hdd I can use. Thanks for taking time to reply!
