No idea what I'm doing... (Sub-$1000 gaming system)

Budget: $1000
Location: US
Use: Gaming
Peripherals required: Mouse, keyboard, monitor
Operating System required: Windows 7+ 64-bit

First and foremost, I have no components. No monitors or peripherals to speak of.

I want to put together a PC that can handle FO4 (and similar) and hopefully some future titles. I don't plan on overclocking or modifying the case or doing anything beyond upgrading basic parts should the need arise. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Win7/8/10 is just the required OS. Figured I could handle an older OS if it came at a lower price, but I don't think $90 is bad for 10. I've heard of far worse. Huge thanks for the build!
