I really want to buy this case, but I also really want to do a black/white themed build. I can't decide if a black and white build will look good inside this silver case. Opinions?

Yep, I think it will look great. You don't need everything to match in order for the build to look good. Silver is a good neutral color to pair with your black and white theme. Having too much of just two colors can sometimes be too much.
