I Need a 500$ pc that will run modern games well and require infrequent upgrades.

I need a a pc for no more than 500-530$, (usd) please go above 510 only if totally necessary for a big performance boost, that will play fallout 4, star wars battlefront, witcher 3 , just cause 3, at at least 30-40 fps on low-medium graphics. If possible, i'd like it to be upgradable, so when it can't play modern games anymore i can upgrade it, but not so weak that'd i'd have to upgrade every two years or so, 3-5 seems much more appealing.

You could upgrade to something like an FX-8320 for 8 cores, or an FX-9590 which I would advise you get a liquid cooler for, to get the 5GHz clock speed.

It's a piece of plastic junk motherboard. You won't be able to do much of anything with it.

Yeah, the upgrade path for the CPU is pretty limited, only like 6 options, but they really are just slightly modified off 2 different CPUs. GPU can be upgraded and RAM (obviously).
