What games are you planning to play? For CPU's, the Athlon X4 860k is $96.98 CAD last time I checked, and it runs games pretty damn well, you may need to OC it though for better performance. A Pentium G3258 at $89.99 approx. has an excellent performance per core, though it only has 2 cores, and it can run most games very well (such as BF4 and BO3, but this is with a GTX 750ti 2GB + 8GB RAM, and this CPU should definitely be OC'ed to a high clock rate to maximize your game experience and also so it doesn't crash, etc.). But watch out: the G3258 cannot run Far Cry 4. It doesn't even bother running and will immediately CTD.

Hope this helped you with your CPU hunt at least!

Also, sorry this isn't a parts list. I can make one if you want. Or just check my first part list out to have a good idea of things.
