Hello all :)

Looking for some help on building my 1st PC. I mainly use my current one for day to day stuff ( Facebook/Pintrest/YouTube etc) and some light gaming (Final Fantasy XIV, The Sims 4 with mods/CC). Would really like to play games like The Witcher 3 and Fallout 4. I have a budget of around $500-800 and am in Canada, Don't need monitor/keyboard or mouse as I have new already. Would like to run on Windows's 7 but am OK with 10. Any help would be greatly appreciated :)

if you are eligible for a Students free copy of Windows & Office, Knocks out a 100 bucks in 1 blow.. which is HUGE for mid-level builds.. An .edu mail is needed for US & other regions, I guess..
