I need a build/part list that does the following:

Records Most Games At 1080p60, No Lag/Next To No Lag, Decent File Sizes Streams Most Games At 1080p or 720p (60fps if possible while streaming) Edit Videos Easily (After Effects, Premiere or Sony Vegas) And of course, gaming at 1080p60 (or 144hz for like CS:GO) I also need it to be able to render stuff in Cinema 4D and Blender + (i know i already said after effects but i need it differently for editing intros and adding effects to them, kinda the same thing as editing game videos in there but whatever) Preferably maximum price is 2000 or maybe 2500 if like really good then 3000 but 3000 max (tops)

http://pcpartpicker.com/p/9dRNrH

this is the best beast I could build to overkill that spec that u giving, this build even could beast out CSGO at 1440p or even at 4K with more than 60 fps

I made this as future proof as possible too! when games are already started to need more ram just buy another trindent, and when they already capable of handling sli at good state, you could buy another one with the rest of your budget remain, but for now it's not worth it :) glhf
