Budget PC (First Build) - Rendering, 3D Modeling, Video/Photo Editing etc

So I initially set up a parts list asking on any suggestions on my PC build that would be used for the above in addition to App/Game Development and some light gaming and came up with this http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/2WJyjX.

After some helpful feedback and some even more research I managed to make a build that might be more suited by changing the CPU, Motherboard and Video Card while still sticking to my £800 budget.

The result was http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/q6H3hM I'm not sure if I've made it much better since I'm fairly new to this however I would appreciate any comments or recommended changes one thing I'm unsure on is if the stock fan is enough or if I should get another I probably go air over water.

Again any comments and help one this would be much appreciated.

I'd go a bit cheaper still with a slightly more expensive but considerably better graphics card. This is assuming the graphics card is not useful for anything other than gaming..

Well I more or less do console gaming only so I would mainly play games like Minecraft and emulated games would you still recommend the better graphics card.

Not really but still for £15 the 950 is a different league. If a game came out that you did want to play it certainly wouldn't hold you back.

Might consider switching it out then since I don't need to add on a price for additional fan

Would the new video card help with vr or would a completely different build its not needed as I will be getting playstation vr but would be a nice bonus if I had the option

Tall order for VR. I mean we won't know for sure until it's out and being tested. The 950 (which I have) is more likely a candidate for a basic VR setup if nvidias VR SLI works (one card per eye as it were) but tbh, oculus,if that's what we are talking about, is a bit of an animal needing 90FPS to do it justice.
