cs:go isnt a very demanding game, with about $300 usd you can get upwards of 120fps at 1080p. Take the extra money and buy a mechanical keyboard, 600 mhz monitor, or high quality mouse.

Take a peek at this: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/hmfFQ7

If you can forgive about $2.00 over $650, I think this would be cool (others can probably find something I missed, though).

Good luck.

This is the best you'll get for $650. It will play pretty much every game at Ultra 1080p, not just CSGO (Which will run at 4K on this PC, lol). It also comes with an SSD so your computer will boot fast and games will load fast, and on top of that, this PC is very power-efficient and has a very low chance of breaking while in use. Each part is of high-quality, so you probably won't have stuff screw-up on you :) Good luck
