First Time Builder. $1500 Budget

First time builder and poster here so go easy on me guys :D

I'm looking for a PC where I can play games like Fallout 4, Skyrim, CSGO, DayZ, etc on Very High settings. I would also like to do some Photoshop work on it as well.

Right now, my maximum budget is $1500, but I'm always down for saving some money. I live 5 minutes away from a Micro Center so you guys can give me prices from them.

I also don't have a monitor and Keyboard/Mouse so that is also going to need to be taken to account in the budget. The case size can be anything higher than a Mid-Tower. You also don't need to take into account overclocking, since I won't be actually doing it.

Thank you guys in advance! If you need anymore info then let me know.

not really. Just a keyboard and mouse that can do their job well enough

That $140 watercooler would be a waste in a build where the builder won't be overclocking anything.

True. I do agree it's a good cooler though.
