$700-$800 Gaming Only Build

Hello, I'm going to build a gaming PC for the first time. I'm planning to keep it strictly for gaming, the laptop I have right now will be for everything else. I would like to keep it around $700 to $800, but if there's something dire that I should get, I can go over.

Games - Skyrim (and the older Elder Scrolls), Fallout 4 (New Vegas/Fallout 3??), might get into The Witcher, Civ 5, any game I can on my current laptop (Toshiba Satellite C55-A)

OS - Windows 10??? (Ever since I upgraded to 10, I can't play majority of my games)

Thanks everyone!

Here is a build suggestion for you to consider. This build is using a Z series MoBo to allow for BCLK over clocking, It does not contain an after market cooler however one will be needed to protect the CPU from over heating while overclocking. I would invest in this down the road when you feel like adding more performance, for now stock this i5, R9 380 4GB combo will handle gaming with ease. All the best with your build!

Here is a Video on BCLK over clocking and they benchmark this exact i5, its impressive:

I doubt that I'll do much overclocking. The build is fine for that right?

This build gives you the option to overclock if you wanted to in the future, all you would need to do is add a nice after market cpu cooler and away you go. the way it is now it will be more then enough to run all the games you mentioned.
