Do you need a disc drive to install the os

I am very new to building my own pc, have already ordered the parts but i need to know Are you able to install the os with some kind of download, or do you need a disc drive idk if it helps but i ordered (Windows 10)

No, you do not need a ODD to install the OS. You can just download the ISO file, create a bootable USB (Rufus is the best to use) and to put the ISO on the USB.

If you buy the retail version of the OS from a store like BestBuy, it comes on USB drive
