Can someone make me a $500 - $600 CAD part list?

Gaming would be the main purpose of the computer. Obviously I want it as powerful as I can get it for that budget, I know it's tight. The games I will be playing will mainly be Counter Strike: Global Offensive, Skyrim (with mods), Minecraft (with mods), Fallout 3 and New Vegas (4, but I'm doubting that), Arma 3, DayZ, Elder Scrolls Online, Smite as well as Grand Theft Auto V. Thanks, in advance.

I don't think I've ever seen a Coolmax that even made it into the decent category that wasn't long since discontinued.

A very upgrade-able (all the way to an i7-6700) skylake.. Any AMD build would be rather static, not a very attractive upgrade path..
