Here you are, Skylake CPU, I7 for the hyper-threading to help with editing and rendering as well as 16gb of RAM. Aftermarket cooler since you had some additional in the budget and it will be quieter and cooler than the stock cooler. SSD for OS/small storage and HDD for mass storage. 390 GPU should be plenty for 1080p gaming which is the resolution of the monitor. Added Win10 as well as a keyboard/mouse bundle. 650W PSU to help if you want to do small upgrades in the future.

Exactly what I would've made except for that monitor and GPU.

This should get your needs of a gaming Pc and streaming machine... The graphics card is powerful enough to run any current game at 1080p and 60fps... And maybe even some 1440p gaming. The cpu is perfect for streaming while playing games and will also edit very well and cut done render times. 16 gigs of ram is a sweet spot for streaming/editing and is enough to last you a while.

Best of luck :)

ps You can change out the case, ram, cooler to meet the style of the computer...

Please do not link those keys here. They are not legitimately distributed and break MS ToS.
