I'm looking to build a new PC for Photoshop. I would like to spend under $800 (more so the better), I don't mind older model processors as long as they perform well (I'm ok with OCing). I have a Gigabyte Sumo 4192 case and would like to watercool the processor, I would also like to go with SSDs , a dvd/cd burner, and Windows 10. Don't need a monitor, keyboard, or mouse. I appreciate any help and please let me know if I left something out or need to add more info.

What kind of monitor do you have?

Also, what size projects do you work on?

(photoshop file size, and the number of files you like to have open at the same time).

The R7 370 will be plenty for Photoshop, and the Xeon is an excellent bang-4-buck workstation processor, though with no watercooler, because if you're not extremely interested in overclocking, the stock cooler will keep things cool (it's a locked processor anyways). 16 gigs of RAM for when things get intense, and an SSD.

Thanks for the suggestions, Monica_. Allan, sorry for taking so long to get back I got really sick. My monitor is a Dell SE198WFP at the moment and the biggest file sizes I usually have open are around 100-130MB and I usually only have one open at a time.
