Need part list for PC

Hi, a friend of mine wants me to build him a computer in which he'll use for internet surfing, viewing YouTube (and other) videos, word processing, and downloading files. He won't do any gaming and doesn't want a pre-built system nor wants it to function as a workstation. His reason for the disinterest in pre-builts is the quality of the parts used. He wants enough RAM to run his programs and applications at very speeds and a large enough hard drive for storing his downloaded videos and other things. Currently, I have an LG rewritable DVD drive and a Windows 7 installation disc so those two items won't need to be a part of this build. His budget is 400<

Thank you.

This build should be perfectly fine for web browsing and non intensive task. I also included a screen, keyboard and mouse.

Generation 6 processor paired with fast RAM. SSD is for the OS to boot in good time. HDD is for everything else. Cooler Master N200 has very good airflow. SeaSonic is the best power supply manufacturer in the market.

This system should work fine for all his given tasks. 8GB of RAM may be a little overkill, but the integrated graphics will use some of it as well. He has a 2TB HDD which should provide ample room for downloaded files and videos. Included is a monitor and keyboard and mouse. It does not, however include WiFi which can incur a cost of $10-$30 for a WiFi adapter. Only other caveats are the MoBo has a chance that it needs a BIOS update for the APU, and that prices fluctuate enough that I (or anyone else for that matter) cannot guarantee the given price when ordered.
