Budget: $1300-$1500

Location: Texas, USA

Use (Gaming, Rendering, etc): Moderate gaming, however I plan to start coursework in Unity 5 soon so keep that in mind.

Peripherals required (monitor, keyboard/mouse, etc): None, I already have a the peripherals I need

Operating System required: None

I already have a few things sitting around my house that I won't need added in to this part list so the lower you can get the price (without sacrificing a lot) the better really. I currently have 2 WD Black 1TB harddrives that I plan to put into a raid 1, and a Evo SSD that I plan to use for boot. I have an 800W power supply that has never been used (friend bought it a few months back when he upgraded and didn't end up needing it).

The case I have is a Full ATX, I will edit with exact specifications to that case later, but feel free to suggest cases you know will fit the things you suggest with the things I have

I included a nice case that you can use if you like, this will max pretty much everything out at 1440p and 4k most games 40fps+ on max settings.

That is a lot of money for the nepton 240m which usually cost under 100 bucks. For that price or less you can get the kraken X61 or corsair H110i GTX which are better.

A Tomshardware EDITOR RECOMMENDED Motherboard..

the MSI 980 Ti LIGHTNING -- now rated better than even the FuryX and TitanX @ 1440p & 4K but costs a WHOPPING 766 bucks too...

https://www.techpowerup.com/reviews/MSI/GTX_980_Ti_Lightning/23.html

I sure hope the 800W PSU u have is a good one and not a third-rate Coolmax, Apevia or the like..

Hope this Helps..
