Building a PC for Minecraft Part 2

I earlier did a thread about what computer specs I should get for a Minecraft PC (for recording in high quality and demanding things like that). I've selected this:

pcpartpicker

However, I need an operating system and a monitor to go with them. Operating system preferably around 100$, and monitor hopefully under 150$. I have a bad monitor I WILL use, but in case I don't like it, I would like to have something good to buy that will work well for this build.

Thanks a ton!

This is the best you could get. You could save a little bit of money by downgrading the gtx 960 4gig version to the gtx 960 2gb. There really isn't that much of a performance difference.

A:

First of all, Grab this Windows 7 Clearance Sale before it disappears.. for an 89 bucks...

Final Clearance Windows 7 Home Premium

B:

Your build looks very fin indeed, I would like to add that H110 & B150 boards support 2133 MHz RAM speeds only, even if u buy a 2400 or higher speed RAM -- it will automatically get clocked down to 2133 MHz.. so a waste of money in getting a higher speed ram..

And yes, 16GB will really make a big difference in minecraft FPS..

Monitor Recommendation: Asus VX238H 23.0" Monitor @ $110
