If I download Win 10 onto my Macbook Air and save it to a USB, will my PC install it?

I didn't add an optical drive but I'm beginning to regret this.

I've downloaded Win 10 but it has downloaded onto my Macbook Air as an 'iso' file. I have never seen this extension before.

.iso is a disk image file. You'll have to put the contents of the .iso file onto a USB drive then boot from that to install. In theory you can use Bootcamp and I have had luck with this method
