-Budget: $1200 -Location: US -Use (Gaming, Rendering, etc): Gaming -Peripherals required (monitor, keyboard/mouse, etc): just need tower, no peripherals. -Operating System required: windows 8, but not included in the budget.

My first time building my own PC. Looking for something that can play games on high or ultra graphics settings and run at least 60 fps if possible. I also plan on using my television as my monitor. Hoping I could get a green color scheme as well but it's not the most important factor. Thanks in advance to anyone that can help me.

I'm kinda leaning more towards the 980 Ti. Does SSD really affect performance that much?

I'd get the 980ti game performance is better than startup time.
