Hi there; I'm a newbie concerning parts about PC, but does anyone know the best CPU's & the best GPU's that I can get between $1,000 & $1,100?

I plan on building myself a good gaming PC in that price range along with watching streams of games such as from Twitch & YouTube Gaming. Thanks!

Without peripherals this would be a great build around your price range. - http://pcpartpicker.com/p/bBtZt6 With peripherals, I'd recommend - http://pcpartpicker.com/p/86Zpt6

Is your total budget $1000-1100 or is that just for CPU and GPU?

Whats the budget for JUST the GPU/CPU?

I know the I5/GTX 960 make a good pair
