Budget: $850-$950

Location: United States

Use: CAD Workstation/gaming

Peripherals: monitor

Operating system: Windows

Case size doesn't really matter but the smaller the better. No color schemes no LEDs. I know... Boring, but I'm just looking for a workhorse, something decently quiet would be nice as well.

Thanks for the build suggestions. I believe the only significant difference between these two builds is ddr4 vs ddr3? I'm very new to this. Is it possible to download and install Windows through the bios or will I have to purchase an optical drive and a hard copy?
