Is a 500 Watt Psu enough?

Depends. If it's a "500w" CoolMax, no because it can't even output 500w.

What power supply are you looking at?

500 watts will be fine for your build. Even if you plan doing a decent overclock you should not have any trouble with 500 watts. Like everybody else has said though, it's quality that matters just as much as wattage, so make sure to buy a psu that has been tested and well reviewed. Follow the guys below and you'll be fine.
