Any Games on Steam I Should Get While the Lunar New Year Sale is Going On?

I really wanted to grab a few games on Steam while they're still on sale. I thought about getting CS:GO, GTA: San Andreas, and maybe Sonic Adventure 2. I have $15.02 on Steam, and I was wondering if any of you have any good recommendations on which games I should buy before the sales end.

Games I have:

Skyrim

Fallout: New Vegas

GTA 5 (Non-Steam, though)

GTA 4

Game Dev Tycoon

Portal 2

Team Fortress 2 (Well, it's free all the time)

Garry's Mod

I bought the bundle instead of CS:GO alone.

I did list the games I want that are on sale. I thought about getting other games like Fallout 4 that aren't on sale at some point. Well, Fallout 4 is on sale, but I wanted to get it physically.

I meant that when I was browsing through games on Steam that I wanted (ones I can afford with my Steam funds), I listed the ones that I wanted. Games that are more than what I can afford on Steam, I might get them physically. I know you're trying to give suggestions based on games I have, but I was only stating the games I wanted that I can afford on Steam. I'll take things like Fallout 4 into consideration because I wanted to get it, but can't buy it on Steam.

I've heard it's a good game. I can get it in the future.
