Answering your question, yes it is ok to switch the fan on the cryorig h7. As for the case fan for the switch i recommend either a Noctua NF-12 industrial or a Fractal Design Venturi HP12-PWM if you want something cheaper than Noctua but still very good.

That's actually a pretty high performance fan. I'd be interested, and am sure a few others would be as well, in seeing if your temperatures under load/stress testing improve by the fan swap. Just an idea. =)
